I was born and raised in Southeast Texas but never really knew all of the wonderfull travel oppertunities that Texas has to offer. I really became interested in travel about 10 years ago and I started looking into some of the places to go and things to do in my local area. Because of the huge area that it covers, Texas offers a wide range of climates, cultures, sites, and landscapes. The different Regions of Texas not only seperate it geographically but in every other way imaginable. Traveling from the Texas Gulf Coast Region in Southeast Texas to the Big Bend Country in West Texas is as much like stepping into another world as is possible without leaving the country.
